G. Allen Dale's client, a physician, is accused of threats against another worker at his place of employment. A conviction could result in his being fired and possibly losing his license to practice medicine. Dale was able to get the case put on a Stet docket, which allowed for the case to be dismissed and the client continued to work as a physician.
