G. Allen Dale's client, a physician visiting D.C. for a conference meets an individual at his hotel bar who later goes with him to his room. She leaves the room, goes to police and claims  that she was raped. Dale persuades the government to forgo charging client. Dale used polygraph results and video of the encounter at the bar as well as hotel video showing the two on the way to the elevator and on to client's room to show that the sexual encounter was consensual.
