G. Allen Dale's client, charged with assaulting three separate individuals and causing severe physical injuries, was able to avoid incarceration, even though he had a history of assaults, and through a diversion program had his case dismissed. Dale and his team used witness statements, videos and other impeachment techniques to show that the individuals alleging the assaults had credibility issues.
