G. Allen Dale succeeds in having charges of theft II dismissed (and later to have the arrest sealed) for a client who had been charged with taking the keys from a vehicle belonging to a government official, hiding the keys, and later lying to investigating officers. Interviews with neighbors and other witnesses as well as the discovery of conflicting versions of government witnesses were key to success.
