G. Allen Dale secures a time-served sentence for Columbian National charged with conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States. Dale's client was extradited to the United States and was incarcerated for 4 months before being released after Dale negotiated a plea to money laundering. Even though the client was facing 87 to 108 months under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, Dale persuaded the Court to impose a sentence of time served.
