After two years of intense litigation, the Department of Justice dismisses all charges against G. Allen Dale‘s client in the massive and highly publicized Foreign Corrupt Practices Act “African Sting” case. Allen Dale, along with David Chesnoff, handled the proceedings for the firm's client, an Israeli citizen.
