Name partner G. Allen Dale defeats a government request for a sixteen-level "loss amount" upward adjustment in a bank fraud case in the Southern District of Alabama. The firm's guideline analysis resulted in an eight-month sentence for our client, who otherwise would have faced a federal sentencing guideline range of 70 to 87 months' imprisonment. Allen Dale cross examined the government's expert witnesses and presented the firm's own expert witness to defeat the government's claimed loss amount.
